Questions & Answers

Question from Jp: Asked on 02/06/2013 If you reformat the laptop to wipe everything, will this install windows again?

Answer from Robert Yes.

Question from mjpdre: Asked on 22/04/2013 I run a windows full backup to an external hard drive once a month which includes a system image - does this not do the same thing?

Answer from paul This restores the computer to factory settings rather than backing up the entire computer from a certain date. It is a clean install. If you back up to a hard drive you could be backing up a virus too,

Question from Steve: Asked on 18/04/2013 Hi are you making and image to the BID usb or are you configuring the PC and the using the Manufacture supplied 'factory backup' software to create this? Which please?
