When do I need to order by?

Monday – Friday

The cut-off time for orders with Next Day delivery is 9 pm. Just select 'Next Working Day' during the checkout process.

Friday - Sunday

Order up to 2 pm on Sunday for a Tuesday delivery slot. Just select 'Next Working Day' during the checkout process.

Saturday Delivery

Order before 4 pm on Friday and choose 'Next Working Day' during the checkout process for Saturday delivery slot.

Next Day delivery is available subject to stock, cleared funds and customer address verification. Deliveries occur between 7 am and 8 pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you have ordered IT equipment and requested an add-on service with Next Day delivery, your order will be delayed. When your configuration is complete, we will dispatch it via a premium delivery service.

Most orders can be tracked online; however, some couriers do not share tracking details. If your delivery has not arrived by 8 pm, please send us a message via your account. Or, for an updated delivery time, please contact your courier.

Large goods are delivered by a two-person team. Our drivers can carry new tech to your choice of room, unpack it and perform bespoke installation services.

All items should be inspected on delivery, and any damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage to your goods after the delivery, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Our delivery prices are based on your products, location, and add-on services.

European Deliveries

We have partnered with Parcelforce Worldwide to ship products to specified countries in mainland Europe.

Delivery costs to non-UK destinations are calculated on an order-by-order basis and will be advised when placing your order.

  • How much does delivery cost?
    • Our delivery prices vary depending on the size and weight of your order, with your final fee being calculated during the checkout process. For non-UK or Ireland deliveries, please call 0871 984 4418 (calls cost 13ppm plus your network access charge).
  • Do you deliver to all of the UK?
    • We sure do. This includes the Islands and Highlands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Enter your postcode at the checkout to get a delivery price.
  • Do you deliver to Ireland (ROI)
    • Yes. Just select Ireland as your delivery country in the checkout. We also have a dedicated Irish website,, which sells everything from the Buy It Direct Group, including laptops, tech, furniture and bathrooms.
  • Do you deliver to Europe?
    • Yes, we offer international delivery on smaller items to the following locations; Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Andorra and Gibraltar. For larger items, please call 03300 412 271

  • Can I track my order?
    • Yes, your order's status and tracking details are available in your account. Don't have an account? Sign up for one here. You'll need to use the same email address you used to place your order.
  • Do you offer an installation service?
    • We offer specialist installations on a project-by-project basis. Call our expert team on 0871 984 4418 to learn more.
  • Do I get a delivery timeslot?
    • Most of our delivery partners will give you a timeslot on the day of the delivery. This is usually a window ranging from one to four hours, depending on the courier.
  • Can I change my delivery date?
  • My item is damaged or faulty
    • If your item arrives damaged you can refuse to accept the delivery; just sign the driver's delivery sheet 'damaged' and contact us to let us know. This way, the courier can return it, and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.

      If you notice damage after accepting your delivery, please get in touch with us and we will talk you through the next steps. Alternatively, you can find out more over at our customer services hub.
  • What if I miss my delivery?
    • Our delivery partner will leave a note to explain your next steps. For large, two-person deliveries, there may be a redelivery charge.
  • I’ve ordered more than one item, will they arrive together?
    • We work with various couriers and suppliers, so if you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. You'll receive a tracking code for each consignment to know when to expect your deliveries.
  • When will my item be delivered?
    • We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order's status and tracking details in your account. Deliveries take place between 7 am and 7 pm. And most of our couriers provide a specific timeslot on the day.
  • I ordered an add-on service with my tech
    • If you requested a pre-delivery service (like an inspection or more memory installed), your order might get delayed. If you also selected next-day delivery, we'll dispatch it via a speedy, premium shipping service.
