HP Lights-Out 100i (LO100i) provides entry level remote management functionality and basic system board management capabilities at new price-performance levels. Lights-Out 100i Remote Management allows customers or their service providers to remotely control and manage HP ProLiant DL 100 Series servers over a LAN or the Internet regardless of the server's state of operation. HP Lights-Out 100i consists of an intelligent processor and firmware that is embedded on the HP ProLiant DL140 G3 server. With each of these HP Lights-Out 100 products, users can remotely access a system's serial and Telnet consoles, control system power, and monitor system environmental conditions from a browser or command line.
