Hi, For the Lenovo ThinkBook 16?G7 (model 21NH0004UK):
The RAM cannot be upgraded. The memory is soldered to the motherboard with no expansion slots — what you purchase is the maximum it will ever support.
The SSD can be upgraded. It uses a removable M.2 NVMe SSD, so the existing 512?GB drive can be swapped out for a larger capacity SSD if required.
