Can you recommend a portable air con for this room? We have drainage and venting available. Thanks

Currently we only have the 12000BTU version available and its unlikely that 1 would suffice. You would need at least 2 PLMB12KE-410, possibly even 3 if the weather gets very hot in the summer

The exhaust hose would need to externally vented either out a window or a wall vent. The water drain is very rarely needed, only in very high humidity. In normal operation the moisture is vented out the exhaust hose

Unfortunately not, if the power goes off it will go on to standby so it cant be used with wall timers

Unless humidity level are very high its unlikely that you will ever have to drain water out of this Air Conditioner
