Refurbished Desktops Explained

To make sure you know exactly what it is that you’re buying our dedicated refurbishment team individually grade each desktop based on the results of the 25 point procedure.

Our engineers work in an environment specially designed for Desktop refurbishment. Your desktop will have been individually dealt with on a scratch resistant work bench in bright lighting by one of our technicians, before being expertly re-packaged by our trained warehouse handling personnel. Qualified service technicians are available on site at all times to resolve any problems immediately.

We set and maintain the very best standards in all areas of our service. Our experts deal with this process exclusively, devoting the upmost care and attention, and as a result product reliability is just as high as a brand new product. You can be confident of getting a desktop that’s as good as new for only a fraction of the price.

Laptop Grades Grade A1 – As New

  • Box opened only
  • Product is ‘as new’ and complete with no visible signs of use

Grade A2 – Slight Cosmetic Damage

  • This may include very slight wear on keys, very slight marks or scratches on upper plastics or the chassis

Grade A3 – Cosmetic Damage

  • May include scratches to the chassis or upper plastics, loose hinges, missing flaps or bezels and minor structural damage which has been repaired.
  • Any Missing parts will be stated on the product description.
