The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C8610DWF A3 Colour Multi-Function Inkjet Printer has print, scan, copy and fax capabilities to cover all of the needs of a busy office. With a monthly duty cycle of 75,000 pages and print speeds of up to 35 pages per minute, the WorkForce Pro quickly and easily handles print jobs of all sizes. Featuring DURABrite™ Pro ink technology and large ink cartridges, the printer can produce up to 4,600 colour pages and 5,800 monochrome pages with professional-quality clarity before the cartridges need to be replaced.

Scan and save

The scan function has an automatic double-sided function with a speed of 25 ipm for single-sided scans and 45 ipm for double. Files can be saved in JPEG, TIFF or PDF formats to suit individual needs. Options for document integration include scan to email, FTP, Microsoft SharePoint® or network folders; alternatively, scan directly to a computer using Epson Document Capture Pro or to a USB memory device. The high-quality optical resolution of the automatic document feeder (ADF) is 600 x 600 dpi and the scan resolution is 1,200 x 2,400 dpi for exceptional rendering.

Easy-to-use copier and fax

The ADF can accept 50 pages at a time and the copy speed is up to 21 ipm for colour and up to 22 ipm for mono, meaning bigger tasks can be set up and completed efficiently. The maximum copy paper size is A3 and a handy function allows you to reduce pages by 25% or enlarge them by up to 400%. Fax functions include speed dial for 2,000 numbers, PC fax, auto redial and delay send. Faxes are sent at a rate of approximately 3 seconds per page and there is a page memory for up to 550 pages.
