The VSA1 is the most flexible LCD/TFT mount in its range. It offers not only a tilt function of +/-20°, but also has 3 swivel points of articulation (180° at the wall and 2 further points each at 240°)The VSA1 also includes a spirit level on the back plate and the easy lock system

Please check the layout of the mounting holes on your TV, for compatability with the bracket, as NOT ALL TVs have the same layout.

no. as it states in itsd description, it is suitable for TVs 13 inch to 24 inch no where does it mention 40 inch TVS
