15-Aug-2008 RAM: We are looking to buy a DV6820EA laptop. Please can you tell us if we can use this Care pack - U4415E or whether we need to buy the specific pavilion one - U4819E. What is the difference? Thank you

Easycom: You would need the pavilion warranty for that model, if you buy a business model such as a 6720b then the other warranty would be applicable.

Easycom: No this warranty is for the HP Compac range. Try UE323E instead, that is a general cover for all hp models.
