Every server is shipped with the Silver Health Pack as standard offering Next Business Day Onsite Warranty. Next Business Day Warranty services can sometime be misleading regards the actual response time and the service that is provided. That is why the Ready To Go range is offering complete transparency from day one, giving the customer peace of mind.
We are also offering upgrade Health Pack Options (see below) to Gold or Platinum should the customer require those SLA’s.
Silver
9am – 5pm NBD (Next Business Day)
Response Service and support with coverage nine (9) hours a day, five (5) days a week, with a next business day service response time. The Supermicro Field Engineer will respond onsite within the agreed SLA and rectify hardware problem as per the logged call report help desk. This coverage is available within the normal hours of operation between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in the country of service).
Gold
9am – 5pm 4 Hour (Same Business Day)
Response Service and support with coverage, nine (9) hours a day, five (5) days a week, with a four (4) hour service response time from when the call is opened with the Help Desk. The Supermicro Field Engineer will respond onsite within the agreed SLA and rectify hardware problem as per the logged call report provided by the Help Desk. This coverage is available within the normal hours of operation between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in the country of service).
Platinum 24x7 4
Hour Response
Service and support with coverage twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, with a four (4) hour service response time. The Supermicro Field Engineer will respond onsite within the agreed SLA and rectify hardware problem as per logged call report provided by the Help Desk.
