Easycom: You are right - ideally you need a window to vent out the hot air and moisture. However as long as the stairwell has plenty of ventilation so it doesnt get too hot, this will be fine.

Easycom: You can put the hose anywhere you wish outside of the room you are cooling. Remember that the hot air from that room is going to be transfered to whereever you put the hose.

Easycom: This unit has not been designed to ceiling mount so I would seriously advise against it.

Easycom: THe hose is attached at the rear of the unit and is 130mm in diameter

Easycom: It is very similar if not exactly the same. Although we have used this unit and it is very quiet, even on full speed.

Easycom: It can differ depnding on usage.

Easycom: Yes this unit comes with a complete fitting kit and 1.5m hose

Easycom: The window attachment takes the round hose and narrows it to a letter box shape so it will work in both horizontal and vertical window systems.
