This is for a Acer EXTENSA to upgrade the warranty from 6 months to 15 MONTHS CARRY-IN. If you have a Aspire or a Travelmate you need the SV.WNBAF.A01 or the same warranty with a bag and mouse (Q3.0A281.A00 or Q3.0A301.A00)

Question from paul: Asked on 05/03/2009 Hi please can you clarify two things for me with regard to the warranty on your AS5735 laptops.
1. The 1 year warranty that comes as standard, how does this work?
2. The extended 1 year warranty - what does 'carry in' involve?

The first year is collect and return so they pick it up, fix it and then send it back without charge. a carry in warranty means you take it to an approved agent/shop to get it repaired.
